Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine Batterie von Einspritzmaschinen weltbekannter Marken, mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 15 bis 300 TN, einschlie\u00dflich Mikroinjektion. Unsere mit Robotern ausgestattete Anlagen umfassen sowohl Standard-Einspritzmaschinen als auch spezielle und fortschrittliche Spritzgie\u00dfverfahren. Einspritzvorgang<\/h3><\/br>\nDas Verfahren besteht darin, ein Polymer in einer Form bei einer bestimmten Temperatur zu schmelzen, um ihm die gew\u00fcnschte Form zu geben. Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen gro\u00dfen Reinraum der Klasse D, Metalgar ist ein Pionier in diesem Bereich und verwendet spezielle Einspritzmaschinen. Der Reinraum ist ein druckbeaufschlagter Raum, in dem die Konzentration der in der Luft enthaltenen Partikel kontrolliert wird. Seine Konstruktion und Verwendung erfolgt derart, dass die Anzahl der eingebrachten oder erzeugten und im Raum vorhandenen Partikel seiner Standardklassifizierung entspricht und auch andere Parameter wie Temperatur, Feuchtigkeit, Druck und Lufterneuerung kontrolliert werden k\u00f6nnen. Er erm\u00f6glicht uns die Fertigung von Teilen in einer kontrollierten Umgebung, eine zwingende Voraussetzung bei der Herstellung von sterilen und anderen Teilen f\u00fcr die Pharma-, Medizin- oder Lebensmittelindustrie.\n
