METALGAR was founded in 1980 by D. Rodolfo Gómez de Vargas, an entrepreneur who had a solid business background in the area.

Metalgar started in the 1980s and was committed to servicing the needs of the industry of that time.
Metalgar underwent a technological transformation in 2010 that was without precedent, in order to adapt to the needs of the industries it served.
Today, Metalgar has the most advanced modern technology to service the medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
We have three main areas of activity – the extrusion and injection moulding of plastics for the medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries; the assembly of parts for the medical industry; and our value added logistics operation for the hospitality and medical home-based care sectors.
We have a team of more than sixty highly experienced professionals who focus on giving the best service to our customers, and to our customers’ customers.
